A little late with our holiday Collection update but here is the revisited version of one of our all time favourite Cranberry Orange Holiday Travel Cakes from 2018! An aesthetically simple looking cake but oh-so-packed with zesty orange flavours and tartness from the cranberries, all well bind together in a rich buttery cake crumb. Cake size is not big but generally good for 4~5pax servings, makes a great holiday afternoon tea cake!

Ingredients contain baking powder, eggs, dairy milk & gluten. Made in facilities that processed nuts, avoid if you have any severe food allergy)

Best consumed within 3-4 days if properly stored in cold room temperature.
