SNOWSKIN MOONCAKES

LOUIE’s Snowskin Mooncake has been our first and longest selling mooncake since 2017 featuring soft mochi like skin in our signature
beautiful pastel tones, delicately handmade with quality ingredients and less sweet fillings. Took us about 3 years of revision to produce our snowskin recipe and it has been the way it is ever since :)

(Freshly handmade, NO added Preservatives, shortening or premix mooncake powder used, only quality ingredients we stand for)

Allergens:

Ingredients contain glutinous ingredients, lotus, beans, dairy milk, might contain traces of nuts. Produced in facilities that processed nuts, unsuitable for consumption for people with serious food allergy.

All ingredients are halal labelled, produced in a separated pastry kitchen equipped with proper storage and machines (more than half of our household are muslims, it's only natural that we only use halal ingredients).

Snowskin texture is softest and best consumed within 1 day before it starts to drying out on day 2!

Snowskin to be consumed immediately or maximum for another ONE day before it starts to dry out. DO NOT keep longer than stated. Only order on the date & quantity you can consume while it's still fresh. Please plan your gifting date accordingly.

DELIVERY TIME DURING FESTIVE:

Delivery will be between 8.15am-11.15am according to areas, NO DELIVERY TIME REQUEST, NO SURPRISE DELIVERY, NO MEET-POINT due to busy festive season, proceed with your order only if recipient is available to receive at the stated time above.

Strictly no change of delivery date & address once confirmed.
