Onto our 10th Mid-Autumn Collection, we always wanted our Mooncakes to not just be aesthetically presentable, while also focusing on its quality and taste. LOUIE’s CANTONESE BAKED MOONCAKES feature 4 gourmet flavours, delicately hand-crafted with carefully selected premium ingredients with less sweet filling.

Like everything else in our product menu, there is always a certain bar of standard we are looking for in every aspect - from the golden shine and texture on these delectable treats to the choice of ingredients for flavours pairing and seeking the best presentable packaging boxes, all these took months of R&Ds before we finally gave out that YES for it to be a part of our yearly Mid Autumn Collection.

- Beautifully wrapped in Green Furoshiki fabric w/ oriental flower prints; embellished with artificial flower & white tag card.

- Each mooncake will be individually packed, sealed and boxed.

Ingredients contain eggs, wheat, gluten, beans, alkaline water and might have traces of nuts. Coffee lotus filling may contain caffeine, unsuitable for kids consumption. Produced in facilities that processed nuts, unsuitable for those with strong allergy.

Freshly handmade w/ no added Preservatives. Best consumed within 5 days from production date. Due to recent heatwave, refrigeration is required once delivered. Specific storage condition required to ensure product freshness, hence it's important to plan your gifting / consumption dates accordingly. Detailed storage guide will be provided in every box.

Cantonese Mooncakes to be consumed within 5 days from production date. Refrigeration is required due to recent heatwave. Only order on the date & quantity you can consume while it's still fresh. Please plan your gifting date accordingly.
