As most of our cakes need extra care in handling especially during transportation, all orders will now be fully handled by our in-house delivery team, since delivery is not our full time job, it's generally only available in the morning unless otherwise stated.

4. Full payment before the stated dateline

Boxes will be allocated first confirmed first serve. Make sure to provide complete delivery form details.
Your order will only be confirmed once FULL PAYMENT has been received and verified by us. Your order will NOT be processed nor confirmed without a completed delivery details and full advance payment. Order confirmation will be sent for all confirmed orders once successful payment has been verified.
Due to high text inquiry daily on top of busy kitchen schedule runs majority by a single person these days, on cases if your text has been accidentally missed, or did not receive payment details from us, kindly drop us a text to follow up.

In light with the current pandemic situation, there will be no self-pickup options until further notice. As majority of our cakes require extra care in handling especially during transportation, all orders will be will now be fully handled by our inhouse delivery team. Flat rate of $5 delivery charge throughout Brunei Muara District regardless of size/quantity per address. ​There may be also possibilities that your order may be rescheduled if production has to be halted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.​ If rescheduling is not possible, refund will be made accordingly.
