HOW TO ORDER:

1. CHOOSE YOUR BOX(ES)
- 3 types of Mooncake available
- ALL flavours are FIXED and not changable.
- For Snowskin choose between White Lotus Box or Durian Lotus Box.
- Be aware of the Best Consumed timeframe (refer below) for each type of mooncakes before you plan for your quantity & delivery dates!
2. CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY DATE(S)
- All orders are by delivery only in the morning between 8.30am-12pm according to areas, no self-collection available, proceed to send your order ONLY if you agree with our delivery term & fee. Kindly ensure the recipient (esp for gifting delivery) is available to receive your package at the stated timeframe and keep it accordingly to our storage guide before placing your order.
- STRICTLY NO changes of date/address once confirmed. Any failed delivery will incur additional redelivery fee.
- Snowskin & Rainbow Pastry only available for Brunei-Muara delivery, see exception date below on Cantonese Mooncake for Tut/Belait customers.
- Please take note each type of mooncake has different delivery dates.
Tips: Choosing "any date is ok" can speed up the ordering process,
otherwise please state your 3 options. Tut/Belait customers can provide us any Bandar addresses & contact to deliver your order if available.
Snowskin:
- Fully booked till 29/9 -
(any extra boxes will be announced on IG again if available)

[1] Snowskin to be consumed immediately or max for another day before drying out. DO NOT keep longer than stated. Only order on the date you want to consume.
[2] Only White Lotus box available.
[3] Pink Furoshiki fabric is already sold out and design will change depending on stock availability (either dark blue w/ crane design as used in Cantonese box or a minimal abstract design as seen on our Raya box. if you're particular with the design, please check with us before confirming your order).
[4] For those with existing orders with the dates above, you may add snowskin boxes but NO change of your current boxes.

- Boxes will be allocated by first confirmed first serve, boxes are limited daily. Due to large amount of incoming text for every new festive collections with extremely limited manpower, there might be hours of lag-time in between our reply (based on time and chat sequence, avoid sending multiple text if not urgently required as this will push your chat to the back).
- Send us another text to follow up in case we missed out your text IF there is no reply after 24h.
- Your order will only be confirmed only IF you received an order confirmation text from us and full payment received before the stated due date. Unpaid order with un-respond text will be blacklisted from all future purchases.
- Once order is confirmed, no changes of date(s) & address will be allowed! Please make sure your delivery details are all CORRECT to speed up the ordering process.

All orders are by contactless delivery only, no self-collection available.
📌 Note: $5 flat rate delivery per trip for Brunei Muara addresses.
$8 for Tutong & KB deliveries are only available for Canton Boxes on 24/09 SUN.
Delivery will be in the morning only and goes according to areas, make sure someone will be able to receive the product on your requested delivery date. Unable to take specific delivery time due to busy festive schedule.

BEST CONSUMED DATE:

1-2 days for SNOWSKIN (immediate refrigeration required),
Snowskin softest to consume on production day, will start DRYING up on day 2!
2-3 days for RAINBOW PASTRY (immediate refrigeration required)
7 days for unopened CANTONESE MOONCAKE (cold aircon/refrigeration)
Plan your delivery date well and only order the quantity you can finish while it's still fresh ! :)
Important:
Please READ on our Order & Delivery terms & FAQS (link in drop down menu on top), proceed with order only if you agree with all the terms listed. Make sure address & contact number is correct and complete, and be sure there will be someone to receive your order. No change of delivery details once confirmed.
All orders are now by delivery only. As majority of our cakes require extra care in handling especially during transportation, all orders will be will now be fully handled by our own delivery team. As delivery is an extra service we offer and not a full-time job, delivery time is less flexible and is only available in the morning. Flat rate of $5 delivery charge throughout Brunei Muara District regardless of size/quantity per address. Visit Delivery FAQs page if you wish to read more on why self-collection/meetup is no longer available. Proceed to send you order ONLY if you agreed with the delivery terms and fee.
There may be also possibilities that your order may be rescheduled if production has to be halted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If rescheduling is not possible, refund will be made accordingly.
