HOW TO ORDER:

1. CHOOSE YOUR BOX(ES)

- 3 types of Mooncake available on different dates.

- ALL flavours are FIXED and not changable.

- Be aware of the Best Consumed timeframe (refer below) for each type of mooncakes before you plan for your quantity & delivery dates!

2. CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY DATE(S)

- ALL ORDERS BY DELIVERY ONLY between 8.45am-11.30am depending on areas.

NO TIME REQUEST, NO self-collection available.

- For gifting delivery, double check with your recipient with the delivery date (morning only) before placing your order.

Do not order if you're unsure of their availability yet.

- STRICTLY NO changes of date/address once confirmed.

Any failed delivery will also incur additional redelivery fee.

- Be aware of the Best Consumed timeframe (refer below) before you

plan for your quantity & delivery dates!

Tips: Choosing "any date is ok" can speed up the ordering process,

otherwise please state your date options.

TAKE NOTE: selected coverage on areas within 10km from town, no meetup, no delivery time request. Farer area may be subjected to extra delivery charges. Proceed only if you are available to receive your order in the morning. there is no redelivery service for all Tutong / Belait orders.

- Boxes will be allocated by first confirmed first serve, boxes are limited daily. Reply will be slower during festive season due to large amount of inquiries.

- Your order IS ONLY CONFIRMED when full payment is received before the stated due date, sending an order does not guarantee your order unless payment has been made.

All orders are by contactless delivery only, no self-collection available.

📌 Note: $5 flat rate delivery per trip for Brunei Muara addresses.

$8 for Tutong & KB deliveries are only available for Rainbow Pastry & Canton Boxes on 05/10 SUN.

Delivery will be in the morning only and goes according to areas, make sure someone will be able to receive the product on your requested delivery date. Unable to accommodate specific delivery time request due to busy festive schedule.

BEST CONSUMED DATE:

1-2 days for SNOWSKIN (immediate refrigeration required),

Snowskin softest to consume on production day, will start DRYING up on day 2!

2-3 days for RAINBOW PASTRY (immediate refrigeration required)

5 days for unopened CANTONESE MOONCAKE (cold aircon/refrigeration)

Plan your delivery date well and only order the quantity you can finish while it's still fresh ! :)

Important:

Please READ on our Order & Delivery terms & FAQS (link in drop down menu on top), proceed with order only if you agree with all the terms listed. Make sure address & contact number is correct and complete, and be sure there will be someone to receive your order. No change of delivery details once confirmed.

All orders are now by delivery only. As majority of our cakes require extra care in handling especially during transportation, all orders will be will now be fully handled by our own delivery team. As delivery is an extra service we offer and not a full-time job, delivery time is less flexible and is only available in the morning. Flat rate of $5 delivery charge throughout Brunei Muara District regardless of size/quantity per address. Visit Delivery FAQs page if you wish to read more on why self-collection/meetup is no longer available. Proceed to send you order ONLY if you agreed with the delivery terms and fee.

There may be also possibilities that your order may be rescheduled if production has to be halted due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. If rescheduling is not possible, refund will be made accordingly.
