HOW TO ORDER:

1. CHOOSE YOUR BOX(ES)
- 3 different mooncake boxes available
- ALL flavours are FIXED and not changable.
- For Snowskin choose between White Lotus Box or Durian Lotus Box.
- Be aware of the Best Consumed timeframe (refer below) for each box before you plan for your quantity & dates!
2. CHOOSE YOUR DELIVERY DATE(S)
- All orders are by contactless delivery only in the morning, no self-collection available. Snowskin & Rainbow Pastry only available for Brunei-Muara delivery, see exception date below on Cantonese Mooncake for Tut/Belait customers.
- Please take note each mooncake box has different dates.
Tips: Choosing "any date is ok" can speed up the ordering process,
otherwise please state your 3 options. Once confirmed, no changes/cancellation will be possible. Tut/Belait customers can provide us any Bandar addresses & contact to deliver your order if available.

- Boxes will be allocated by first confirmed first serve, boxes are limited daily. Due to overwhelming amount of incoming text for every festive collections, there might be hours of lag-time in between our reply, we thank you for your kind understanding in advance.
- Your order will be confirmed only IF you received an order confirmation text from us and full payment received before the stated due date.
- Once order is confirmed, no changes of date(s) & address will be allowed! Please make sure your order details are correct to speed up the ordering process.

$8 for Tutong & KB deliveries are only available for Canton Boxes on 04/09 SUN.
Delivery will be in the morning and goes according to areas, make sure someone will be able to receive the product on your requested delivery date.

Within 2 days for SNOWSKIN (immediate refrigeration required),
Snowskin will start DRYING up on day 2!
2-3 days for RAINBOW PASTRY (immediate refrigeration required)
7 days for unopened CANTONESE MOONCAKE (cold aircon/refrigeration)
Plan your delivery date well and only order the quantity you can finish while it's still fresh ! :)

IMPORTANT TERMS ON ORDER CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULE:

In cases where unfortunate circumstance has occurred in light of the current pandemic situation where business production has to be halted due to workforce shortage (we're a small team, hopefully this will never happened), your order will be rescheduled within 14 days from your original date of delivery, whereas if rescheduling is not possible from our side within the stated 14 days time frame, full refund will be given. Kindly proceed with your order ONLY if you agreed with this term. Once order is paid and confirmed, NO order cancellations or amendments will be allowed unless on mentioned condition as stated above. Your kind understanding will be very much appreciated in advance.
Please READ on our Order & Delivery terms (link in drop down menu on top), proceed with order only if you agree with all the terms listed. Make sure address & contact number is correct and complete, and be sure there will be someone to receive your order. No change of delivery details once confirmed.
As some of our cakes need extra care in handling especially during transportation, all orders will be delivered either by our own delivery team or by our assigned 3rd party logistic service (when we're not available), all packages will be sent out through the least amount of direct / face to face human contact possible. Flat rate of $6 delivery charge throughout Brunei Muara District. Proceed to order only if you agreed with the delivery terms and charges.
There may be also possibilities that your order may be rescheduled in cases when new law has been enforced to stop business production or delivery service.
