SNOWSKIN MOONCAKES

LOUIE’s Snowskin Mooncake has been our first and longest selling mooncake since 2017 featuring soft mochi like skin in our signature
beautiful pastel tones, delicately handmade with quality ingredients and less sweet fillings. Took us about 3 years of revision to produce our snowskin recipe and it has been the way it is ever since :)

(Freshly handmade, NO added Preservatives, shortening or premix mooncake powder used, only quality ingredients we stand for)

- Each mooncake will be individually boxed.

Allergens:

Ingredients contain glutinous ingredients, lotus, beans, dairy milk, might contain traces of nuts. Produced in facilities that processed nuts, unsuitable for consumption for people with serious food allergy.

All ingredients are halal labelled, produced in a separated pastry kitchen equipped with proper storage and machines (more than half of our household are muslims, it's only natural that we only use halal ingredients).

Best consumed within 2 days if properly stored.

Refrigeration required right after delivered. Similar to all glutinous desserts, snowskin will start drying up on day 2 onwards, kindly plan the right delivery date and order only the right quantity you can consume within the stated time frame!

Detailed storage guide will be provided in every box.

[1] Snowskin to be consumed immediately or max for another day before drying out. DO NOT keep longer than stated. Only order on the date you want to consume.

[2] Only White Lotus box available.

[3] Pink Furoshiki fabric is already sold out and design will change depending on stock availability (giving out on random, either dark blue w/ crane design as used in Cantonese box or a minimal abstract design as seen on our Raya box. if you're particular with the design, please check with us before confirming your order).

[4] For those with existing orders with the dates above, you may add snowskin boxes but NO change of your current boxes.

**Snowskin is available for Brunei-Muara delivery only.

**NOTE: Delivery will be between 8.30am-12pm according to areas, no time selection due to busy festive season,

proceed with your order only if someone is available to

receive at the stated time above (esp for gifting delivery, please double check recipient's availability before placing your order).

Strictly no change of delivery date & address once confirmed.

Snowskin texture is softest on production day. Best consumed within 1-2 days if properly stored before starting to dry up on day 2. Plan your gifting date & only order the quantity you can finish while it's still fresh! :)
